Lesson 19.1 - Buns
In this lesson, we'll provide a brief introduction to the Cantonese tradition of yum cha, or dim sum. We'll start the module off with a discussion about buns. We'll cover how they're made, what kinds of fillings you'll find inside, and how they're cooked.

Lesson 19.2 - Dumplings
In this lesson, we'll talk about the dumplings you'll find at dim sum restaurants. We'll cover the two most typical types of dumpling doughs and how they're different. We'll talk about what kinds of fillings you'll find inside, and how they're cooked.

Lesson 19.3 - Wrapped Dishes
In this lesson, we'll talk about all the miscellaneous wrapped dim sum dishes that we didn't cover in the previous two lessons. We'll cover sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves, zung wrapped in bamboo leaves, bean curd rolls, rice noodle rolls, and spring rolls.
